FresherRank is the consolidated, owned brand of a programme that has been built and refined since 2020. The initiative, framework and intellectual property are Abhinandan Mookherjee's. We chose to partner with different community brands at different stages of the journey, and launched FresherRank as the unified brand under Talent Synergy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Community engagement and mentoring
The work began with mentoring university students through AsiaHRM and HRFC Singapore community ties — refining what fresher readiness actually means in practice, not in theory.
The activity-based learning framework takes shape
The Community Learning Circle programme is designed end-to-end. 240+ topics across HR and generic employability tracks. Five learning modalities. The 13-skill taxonomy. Co-marketed at the time under the AtPace and Wenpower banners.
FresherRank launches as the owned brand
The framework is consolidated under FresherRank — a Talent Synergy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. initiative. The Badgefree marketplace becomes the talent exchange layer. NHRDN Kolkata Chapter joins as a community partner.
Institutional partnerships and the 1 Million journey
Partnerships with IISWBM, NSHM Knowledge Campus, AIM Kolkata. 16 internship projects. Career Coffee Chats. Four active assessments. A 1 Million Career Community Building journey underway.
About the Founder
Abhinandan Mookherjee · Founder, FresherRank · Co-Founder, Talent Synergy Solutions
Abhinandan has 19+ years of experience in Human Resources across Cognizant Technologies, the World Bank, and other global organisations — spanning HR Operations, Technology & Transformation, and Global Shared Services. He has focused on capability development, HR technology and transformation consulting throughout. He is associated with AsiaHRM as a Core Committee Member and the Singapore & India country lead, and has revived his association with NHRDN, Kolkata Chapter.
